The delegate registration fee includes:
- Attendance at the scientific programme
- Conference bag and documents
- Lunches
- Coffee breaks
- Welcome reception, networking event and closing dinner
The accompanying person registration fee includes:
- Welcome reception, networking event and closing dinner
ROOM RESERVATIONS
Participants are reponsible for making their own hotel bookings. Accomodation is not included in the registration fee. Please see the list of proposed hotels here: Accommodation.
VISA
Please see the Travel and Immigration Formalities section under the "Useful information" tab. Entry requirements can change so please contact your local French Embassy to verify that you have the most up-to-date information.
Letter of invitation
If you need a Letter of Invitation, please make your request through the registration process. If you need a Letter of Invitation before registering please complete this form.
Again, we advise you to check visa requirements well ahead of the Conference.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellation must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to organisation@lac-annecy-congres.com. Kindly note that registration cancellations are not refundable.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Please note that registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance. CORESTA and SWM International will not be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, sickness, delay or irregularity of any kind involving persons or property during the Conference. CORESTA and SWM International cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Conference proceedings arising from political, social, economic or environmental events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond its control.
